I’ll comment by saying the city council and the Mayor need to rethink their priorities for Sioux Falls. The chief of staff, Jodi Schwan, receives $98,000 a year to shuffle papers and to act as a liason between the city council and the mayor. The salary could be better spent by hiring an additional police officer. The community’s security should take top priority.
