Lately I’ve been digging into my CD vault (TV room corner actually)  to load up my new I-pod. I came across this GEM last night. Tim Armstrong, lead singer of RANCID and former lead singer of Operation Ivy put this punk rock classic together. ‘Out comes the Wolves’ had been compared to The Clash’s classic ‘London Calling’ with it’s SKA and REGGAE influences. This isn’t your average punk rock album, though it also has the feel the Dead Kennedy’s classic ‘Fresh fruit for rotting vegetables’ I still think it’s NOT TOO punk rock for people with Rock N’ Roll tastes. If you like The Clash and the Mighty, Mighty Bosstones or even The Toasters you will enjoy this record, and the songs are very well written to.

I don’t listen to much punk rock anymore, so it’s rare for me to hat/tip an album like this.
