I edited the Capital Journal story from the PDF due to copyright laws, but have read it. Let’s just say that Kinsman’s story isn’t matching up with this letter too well, as the author points out. Should any of the corruption and total waste of taxpayers money surprise any of us, especially from the Rounds Administration? It’s too bad the author cannot release their name, it would give more weight to the argument that this system was f’ckd before it was released. I did get a chuckle when the author said ‘guinea pigs’ in the letter, since I did a toon on that.
