No need for executive session.
Don’t get me wrong, the new city attorney has mountains of law experience as a former judge (though he needs to work on NOT staring at citizens, particularily me, at council meetings). But one wonders what the motive was to put this discussion behind closed doors? I beleive it was poilitically motivated. But we may never know.
