The Sioux Falls police department released the below photos of a supect who robbed a casino last night (7 in 7 weeks! WoooHooo!). But what is funny about the photos is that the police blacked out the suspect’s right arm (I circled it in red). WTF? It says in the article that he was carrying a knife, by the looks of the blackout, it looks like he was carrying a freaking samuri sword, and why cover it up?
Strange.
Any guesses why they would do that? What do you think is under that spot? A tattoo of a naked lady? A artificial limb with a pirate’s hook on the end? He is secretly a transformer?
One of the comments @ the Argus says it’s the clerk. Could that be?
That was my intial thought also, but
– There is no shadow from the body
– Wouldn’t he being holding the knife in the other hand?
– He seems to be walking casually, If he had someone headlocked wouldn’t he have them with both arms?
I bet he is carrying a big ass short blade sword or machete, not a knife like the PD is saying.
I still say it’s the clerk being dragged back to where he threw her on the floor.
She must be a Garden Gnome he is carrying under his arm
From the right angle, it doesn’t take a lot to black out a person’s image. What else would the SFPD possibly want to black out short of a SFPD uniform in the guy’s hand?
It may be a short clerk. In the first photo the accused is wearing a black shoe on his left foot. In the second photo there appears to be a brown shoe near the accused’s right foot – that brown shoe could be from a short clerk or the accused is also wanted by the fashion police.
Okay, I am a jackass, you win.
Yes, he has the clerk under his arm (his/her white shoe). They blocked out the clerk. The stocking cap in July deserves an extra 5 years.
Yeah, they said that in the paper today, I’m a dodo bird.
