Okay, I don’t like Dick Cheney, he makes me very angry. But I decided to have a competition (please remove the kids from the room unless you have headphones on).

Here’s the contest:

Does Terrance and Phillips say the ‘F’ word more than Cheney lies?

  1. “Torture investigation offended the hell out of me…”

To think the United States tortures offends the hell out of ME.

George W. Bush is a frat-boy rich kid and an asshole but Dick Cheney is evil and insane.

Listen, people – don’t let that horrible bastard divert your attention: keep your eye on the ball.

    Torture is illegal.

    “Torture kept us safe…”
    Torture is illegal.
“We haven’t been attacked in eight years…”
The argument isn’t whether it’s been 8 years or 7.3324981 years… the argument is:
    Torture is illegal.
“Enhanced Interrogation provided us with invaluable information…”
    Torture is illegal.

And now Dick Cheney is offended because of an investigation???

    Torture is illegal!!!

  2. All I heard Dick say was, “Don’t put me in jail, Don’t put me in jail, Don’t put me in jail, Don’t put me in jail, Don’t put me in jail, Don’t put me in jail,Don’t put me in jail.”

I think that was the most lies he told in 9 minutes ever.

I love the last part too where he talked about keeping America safe for 8 years, except of course for 9/11 and al queda in Iraq. Details, details.

  3. Here is what I don’t understand about Dick. His entire argument is that we should’t investigate previous administrations because then people will be less likely to do the “very difficult” jobs and if they are now subject to scrutiny that nobody will sign up for those types of positions.

Really? You mean to tell me people are willing to break the law provided they think they will get away with it, but when they think it might come back to bite them in the ass they will be less likely to do so?

Isn’t that the ENTIRE GOD DAMN POINT DICK?

His other excuse is that the investigation is entirely 100% political in nature, but I honestly question this as I see no way that the Obama administration can benefit from this. They surely aren’t going to get any support from anyone on the right, they already have the support of those on the left, and they are bound to piss off a lot of people across the spectrum who think we should just move on… so if this is political in nature I don’t see how it will benefit the Obama administration.

Frankly I think an investigation is just the right thing to do. Enough with the back and forth accusations – just investigate it, prosecute anyone (and I do mean anyone) who broke the law, and move on. I don’t care if they are Democrat or Republican or anything in between. Nobody is above the law, and it is time those in all aspects of government figured that out.

  4. I have often said we should give Cheney the same treatment as the Gitmo prisoners. Guilty until proven innocent.

Arrest him, and while under arrest let him try to prove his innocence.
