It surprised me that the Gargoyle Leader quoted me on this story. I have a funny feeling I will never see the money, maybe I can garnish his prison wages?
Scott Ehrisman, a Sioux Falls graphic designer, never saw a penny from his 2004 small claims win against Blaschke.
Ehrisman laid out four issues of “Game Time,” Vaughn Blaschke’s short-lived youth sports magazine. The designer signed on for the project after buying a home from the Realtor, who was married at the time to one of Ehrisman’s co-workers.
“I have to admit, he was a great Realtor,” Ehrisman said. “Vaughn actually warned me that my lender was trying to push me into buying a more expensive house.”
