Seems to me Olbermann is hated by the right. The guy ran this story Monday night. You’ll have to wait til towards the end to catch his take on the Indians Affair comment.

Then he followed up on Tuesday night with this.

And again on Wednesday night with this.

Keith, by these airings, raised a lot of money for a worthy cause. Maybe I missed it cause I don’t get the daily Argus print edition anymore, but did they even cover ANY part of this? And Princess Steph, or Thune, or Johnson? Where were they on this story? That’s right. Bringin home the bacon in the form of 2 million dollars to study the effects of the pine beetle in the Blackhills.
AWOL…again? Or maybe not. If they have been “involved”, it certainly was,or is, low profile.
Thanks Keith Olbermann.
This is all about race. If the power was out in Pukwana Rounds would fly to the scene. He would mobilize FEMA. People wouldn’t be without power for WEEKS!
Thune and the princess are afraid of white voter backlash. The Argus doesn’t sell adds in Eagle Butte.
Tavis Smiley also has a nationwide audience and promoted assistance to the CRST.

For $1,000 and a bottle of scotch, I could tell them how to deal with the pine beetle. Burn down effected areas.
Now, spend the rest on something more important.
It’s funny how all of the school kids line up pennies for Hatti but starving kids a 4 hour drive away go unnoticed. Maybe it is too close and makes us feel ashamed to do something about it.
It wasn’t the ground shaking that broke all of the windows out of the buildings in Rosebud. While I agree that we as a people don’t do enough to help the natives in their plight against firewater and the white devils, comparing the devastation in Haiti and the situation on the Rez is just dumb. Be outraged that the power is out on the res and kids are killing themselves at alarming rates, but being pissed that we are helping Haitians instead of the reservations is just plain idiotic. Where was your outrage before Jan 12th? Where were you sending your money before 200,000 people died in some 3rd world country that isn;t 4 hours away. Instead, be pissed that you are so stupid to just figure out now that action needs to be taken before it becomes a crisis.
$249,630 raised.
Where is the governor and state leg?

Hunting with Cheney?
The latest from KO.

Sorry about post #8. Didn’t work out right…and I can’t take it back…so.
Nice to see the Argus 0nline could finally weigh in.

At least they gave credit where credit is due.
Foundation President Bob Sutton says there was only about $8,000 in the relief fund earlier this week. But he says thousands of donations have been pouring in from around the country after the reservation’s plight and the relief fund were featured on a cable TV news talk show. The fund has now surpassed $200,000.
Even more from the Argus. This may even be in their highly prized print edition. I’m impressed.

I was happy to see that story too. I’m sure the wingnuts heads will be exploding since they hate Olbermann so much.
Come on Sy. I will not call you a wingnut, cuz way down deep I think you’re a pretty decent guy. But you do hate KO. Would the hate crazy neocons on 24/7 AM radio and Faux News do something like this, unless they could somehow blame Obama in the process?
Nice troll, Poly.
