Why didn’t Sam Seder go visit the Sharpton rally and figure out why there were very, very few white people there? Liberals wouldn’t know the truth if it bit them in the crotch. Blind hatred for one (Beck) is ok not to call at as you see it for the other (Sharpton)? Or would you have to label yourself a racist for saying something against a mostly African American rally?

owk… I think you need to reach deep down inside of yourself and find your sense of humor – because that is basically what the video is about.
That being said, this particular video was about the Beck rally, and nobody is saying jack about Sharpton. Is that even a legitimate defense? Should it be ok to have a non-diverse crowd at a Beck rally if Sharpton’s march had an equally un-diverse crowd? How does that make it any better?
The fact is – you won’t find many non-black people following Al Sharpton around, because the man promotes black causes and fights for black equality (using admittedly controversial methods and perhaps even arguably race charged speech).
But the point here is the Tea Party crowd tries to pretend this whole debate isn’t about race and it isn’t about Obama… but clearly there is a lack of diversity at any of these Tea Party-ish events. Maybe that in itself is ok since we all know most minorities don’t necessarily align with right-wing views or the GOP, but the humor is in the fact that so many in the Tea Party pretend this divide doesn’t exist.
That is sort of the point and why this is comical. So unwad your panties, have a beer, relax – and see if you can find an equally humorous look at Al Sharpton. If so let us know and we can go from there.
