2. Perhaps the state has finally noticed that the city of Sioux Falls charter is not democracy because there’s no constitutional due process.

3. I heard the city asked Kermit to just drop it instead of going to the commission. Hopefully I can bring popcorn to the hearing, should be fun.

4. The city never asks, they demand. It’s an order and there’s no appeal. The state watches while democracy fails. Maybe Jesse Ventura (Conspiracy Theory TV program) should visit and camp out at city hall. Does Huether wrestle?

5. Ventura vs. Huether, that’s one venue that could fill the convention center but still not an events center. Whenever giants and midgets wrestle, it’s a packed house. Huether would be the villain dressed as a credit card. He’d come into the ring tossing cardholder statements into the audience.
