What a chicken shit. It is clear the Ethics Board violated the law. And it is clear the State’s Atty doesn’t have the backbone to throw the book at them.
He really couldn’t, there is a lot of missing information. It’s kinda hard to charge them with anything when no one knows what happened behind closed doors.
Doesn’t matter. They took action that wasn’t done at a public meeting. He stated that in letter.
I realize that, but it is hard to charge someone with an actual crime when nobody really knows what former city attorney Toadnow said to them. That is probably why they threw it in his lap.
