He ate a 16 oz. T-Bone

drank 6 glasses of house merlot

and ordered a bacon cheeseburger to go

then dined and ditched . . . pretty ballzy.

he wore a Freightliner hat, western shirt, cowboy boots and no pants.

    I just think when you make a statement like “all I care about is the tip” it suggests you don’t care if your employee gets stiffed and instead you are just looking out for number one (you).

    If the employer said the only thing they care about is their tab and the could care less if you only averaged 2% in tips that night, you likely wouldn’t appreciate it very much. I’m sure many employers are that way… but it doesn’t make it right.
