just an FYI: inform me that management has pegged me as picky & high maintenance, I’ll inform you that they should have also told you that I’m a shitty tipper if the service warrants it.

Had nicknames for many as well. Diet coke/Jim Beam Dieter, ranch on the side, how fresh is this…and for the worst customer I have ever dealt with in over 25 years in the food industry, Downtown Vernon Brown and his family…The Fucktards.
I have never had to wait on him, but have heard similar stories from other servers. Vernon always acts like he knows better, so I can imagine waiting on him would be pure Hell.
