This is something I have known for a long time, Charlie’s is the bomb.
I have tried this one, very good (#41), though I think there is better pizzas on the menu.

The Spicy Meatball and Sauerkraut From Charlie’s Pizza House has been a favorite of mine for a long time. That being said, I would give the nod to the My Cousin Vinny at New York Express Pizza as the best pizza in the state right now.
Taste of the Big Apple is pretty yummy too.
Not that it matters now, but Andolini’s Chicago Style Pizza on 41st & Kiwanis held the unofficial title for years. I’ll fight anyone who says different. Nowadays we’re just cheap fat people that eat Tomacelli’s & Boss’s Pizza at 3AM.
slow down on the apostrophes–you’re going waste them and we won’t have any for when we actually need them!
Big Cheese has good sandmiches.
AG is correct, Andolini’s was da bomb. Those guys couldn’t manage their way out of a wet paper sack but the pie was bitchin’.
Mr. C,
Where would Skipper’s fit into the spectrum?
I think those Andoloni guys were mobsters in the witness relocation program.
GFY Shelly.
Have to admit, I like Grille 26’s pizza, while Red Rossa is almost identical, I like the stone oven at the Grille over the wood fire at Red Rossa. That, and the happy hour special on their drinks and pizza is worth the sampling. I think too much shit on a pizza can ruin it, gets all greasy and stupid. Also, Red Rossa’s ‘Chop Chop’ salad is the best salads in the city. The garbonzo beans rock it out.
