We knew he didn’t belong in our neighborhood because he was, uh, well . . .

1. They probably also knew he was a loser crook because of the Vikings logo on the collar of his shirt.

6. I’d say a resident of this neighborhood would likely think twice about ANYONE they didn’t recognize in the area. It’s residential but it’s remote. You don’t just wander into Shindler. There’s about 20 houses and everyone knows everyone. Don’t be so knee-jerky about whipping out the race card.

9. I think you were making the assumption that this guy is a racist. I say this because if you really listen to his statement he didn’t say he was suspicious because he was “wearing a hoodie”. He said he appeared to be hiding his face with the hood pulled up tight around his head and face and was looking away rather than acknowledging and waving at a passing vehicle as most residents of the area would do.

   The officer is holding the weapon with a single finger through the trigger guard, behind the trigger, to carry the weapon safely without disturbing any evidence such as finger prints or palm prints on the weapon.
