I have heard right now the council is split on it.
Erpenbach, Jamison, Anderson and Aguliar think it should stay as is
Karsky, Rolfing, Entenman and Brown want to change it (though I think Rolfing or Brown could be persuaded to go the other way)
Either way, even though the mayor claims this is a council decision, looks like he could be a tie breaker on this one.
