Good luck Kermit. The council has no authority in the Huether dictatorship but they can introduce an ordinance allowing for mayor recall. There is none now.
You mean like when the last mayor clearly broke the law with the Phillips to the Falls funding and the only councilor brave enough to stand up to him got his brow beat in a backroom by a bunch of high-powered attorneys.
