Tomorrow afternoon, the city council will hold an informal working session meeting about the RR Relocation project. Citizens who may attend the meeting have been asking the city’s IT director to get these links fixed with no avail (scroll to the bottom of the page and try to access the PDF’s)

They’re just keeping with the theme of the administration regarding the whole railroad project. It’s code named “Project Lolly-Gag”
Can we throw bats and put them all into the shower?

“You know what that makes you, a bunch of lollygaggers!”
What’s our record? 0-$45 million. This is a simple game – you ask for the money, you get the money, you spend the money.
LMAO!
I like his ‘f’ing shithead’ comments as he is walking out, I can imagine Huether saying this under his breath as he is walking out of a meeting.
AT – Would agree, this project was intentionally drug out during the DT EC debate, but even before that Munson kinda depended on his directors to take care of the deal. Heck, Munson even ran a TV commercial of him and Johnson (during his re-election campaign) talking about the project. The main thing it has been lacking is ‘action’
I’m hearing that Burlington Northern has backed out of the meeting today………….
The agenda is still up.
The ADMIN is going to try and throw BNSF under the train but Huether’s admin are the ones who waited 2 years to do something. BNSF called the mtg in Minneapolis that Huether took the gang to. Project lolly-gag is in full effect and it’s probably too late to salvage this because of inaction. But hey, we did approve borrowing $115,000,000 so we’ve got that going for us!!
