I was told by a city official today that attended the meeting that it WAS NOT EDITED, Teri did lower her voice because ‘she probably’ should not have mentioned the events that have NOT been booked yet.
I will accept the argument, for now.

I caught this a few weeks back, but decided to re-watch, and re-visit the meeting. Teri’s testimony was edited with a voice over after the meeting was recorded. Not sure why, but I’m sure it was to correct something she may have mis-spoke about (FF: 23:00, there are 2 voice overs between 23-24 minutes).
It has something to do with ‘prospects’.
While I appreciate the CVB and the city wanting to get the correct information out there, it is a little troubling that 1) We don’t know what she said wrong (unless you attended the actual meeting) and 2) public meetings are essentially being censored.
A more appropriate approach would be to stop the video after the wrongful statement was made and on a blank screen present audio of the correction.
Regular readers of this website know I am anti-censorship. I hope in the future the city edits these videos in a more appropriate manner. If not, maybe a call to my old friends will ensue.
Did the city not learn anything from the Dan Daily case where Shaun Tornow was doctoring the official minutes of meetings? Now they publish / broadcast their edited versions of meetings as if we should not care. Where are the official real-time meeting minutes so we can compare?
Not only did they not learn, they’ve refused to edit ordinances per Supreme Court ruling. Present city government is identical to Nazi Germany at the time Hitler seized control & declared himself chancellor. The only difference is our fuhrer is named Huether.
I’m busy rallying state vet organizations. It took me awhile to realize most citizens are sheep Huether has no problem leading over a cliff. They take liberty for granted without realizing it’s so easy to lose if you’ll not defend. I took an oath to protect & defend the constitution. My oath will be honored despite threats from the code enforcer & regular police harassment.
What form is government once they restrict freedom of speech, control the press, & transmit propaganda on their controlled TV channel?
What form is government when they control 110 million dollar projects without competitive bid process?
What form is government when 5 police officers fire 70 rounds at an unarmed man in a residential area? They emptied their clips, reloaded, & emptied again.
What form is government when there’s no internal affairs section for police or a complaint process for city employees?
Which citizen should I respect if they’ll not stand up for democracy, the flag, & both state & federal constitutions?

Yes, Dan, go have a cocktail or something, even though your points are well taken. Lemming, you would have to meet Dan, great person, I think sometimes he does not reflect himself that way.
As for the audio, they did do a pretty good job, I think what caught my attention was the fact they panned to a camera that was on Teri’s backside (so you could not see her chops flopping). I still am confused why they felt this needed to be censored. Freaking weirdos.

Dan is spot on not only about SF, but his analysis also applies to the US. Sheeple is the only word singly able to describe the German public, judges, courts, and military that played go-along-to-get-along with supporting and the appointment by a democratic government to share power with the nationalists – who then seized complete power. Read, “I Will Bear Witness” and the horribly mistitled, “Defying Hitler”.
While Sioux Falls has a relatively large population, it is run with a similar small-mindedness that is found in the 50+ SD counties that continue their population implosions.
