1. Breaking news? In that case won’t the mayor interrupt normal broadcasting with all the media in eager anticipation?

10. Let me guess…. you discovered that new “sewer line” they are installing through Yankton Trail Park is actually a private, underground bike lane for Patrick Lalley and friends?

    Or maybe you have discovered that the real reason city water and sewer rates have increased is because the city has been forced to treat so much extra “effluent” coming directly from city hall?
