I am planning it for 5:30 at the Touch of Europe, Downtown Sioux Falls, 12th & Phillips at 5:30 PM. FREE PARKING after 5 PM downtown. We are normally closed that night, so no food, but I will have a cash bar of beer and wine and two-fers on Amber Bock taps and house wine.

Anybody is welcome to come and talk about politics, even though the conversation normally goes astray really fast.

  1. Dacola-Fest on a week night? Nothing can go wrong there… nope. I’ll just let work know I’m taking Tuesday off RFN.

  2. Normally at these things, how late is too late to consider going? I got other stuff goin on til around 8.

  3. Perhaps we should all wear masks like a Truman Capote party from 1960s, that way if the power were to go out, thus, giving KELO impetus to cover our event, we could all still maintain our anonymity…. it would drive them nuts!

  4. Actually – I’m thinkin’ more along the lines of a couple rotisserie chickens from HyVee.

  5. You are welcome to bring anything, I might make a couple of cruddite platters myself. Also remember paper plates and silver – I ain’t washing dishes.

Poly, we will probably still be cohorting at 8.

  6. Obviously can’t make it, but if you stream Ric Flair and Freebirds promos, it would be an ice touch.

  7. I’ll be there. xdsteel, take care. We want you home safe. Civil rights and democracy is coming into the middle east. I’m sorry, we couldn’t save our city. I hope you’ll help us overthrow ‘Mike the Not So Great’ and restore power to the people.

  8. Yea I am not from Sioux Falls but the stuff that happens there usally influences the surrounding area. I will come home safe(thats what I am planning anyway lol) Thanks for the wishes. I might have to just get something from hyvee or something since I am not a great cook.
