“Then he got on his tricycle and rode off.”

    Best part of the segment.

  2. Do you get all your political insights from D bags like Looserman and Lardo? Now I know where you get all your great ideas. Are you also lock step with Lossermens full support of the ban on big soda’s?

This jackass might as well said.. Hello kettle, I’m a pot and your black. And they wonder why their rating keep getting worse.

I support the background check measure but what they don’t tell you is all the bullshit that was in that bill. I know for a fact that the measure for background checks would have had more support if it wasn’t shit bags like Upchuck Shummer and Diane Fuckhead molesting it to death. Democrats knew it was dead and no chance. Pure window dressing for the koolaid drinkers.

You win again on getting nothing done but making political points with your zombies.

Wow Letterman has truly sunk to a new low.

The attack on the 2nd Amendment by the dems has turned to name calling and will lead to less of them in congress when the midterms come around. Can’t wait.

  4. I love how our local media treats him like he is the Pope. While Letterman has been washed up for awhile, you would think out local CBS media would make a joke about it?

That reminds me, did you ever hear the joke about the Pope on a tricycle……

Bullshit??? Pretty big word for you. Care to elaborate?

Letterman has had Stooge of the Night for a couple of weeks. And every stooge has voted NO on gun reform. I agree with Letterman, although I have a different name for them. Stooge is too good.

As I recall the vote was 54-46 in favor of the legislation.
I understand as a koolaid drinking repub you’d like to pretend that a super majority of 60 votes has always been required. Newsflash…. that’s just something Republicans do when they don’t have control of the senate.

Fact is the majority of the Senate voted for improved background checks and yet the bill failed. Care to explain this new ploy of the repubs…needing a super majority of 60 votes to pass any meaningful legislation?

What are you going to do when you don’t even have 41 wingnuts in the senate. You know that day is coming based on demographics and the current state of the Republican/Tea party makeup.

If you couldn’t beat Obama with 8% unemployment, who are you going to beat, and who are you going to run? Your party, or more properly….parties are in their final years. You need a new gameplan that includes more than just the good ol boys club.

Among the 46 senators who voted to prevent any expansion of background checks, 43 have received help — either direct campaign contributions or independent expenditures — from pro-gun interests since 2000; in aggregate about $8.5 million. NRA expenditures ranged anywhere from a $95 contribution in one race to more than $2.6 million spent on the 2010 election of Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Mo. A total of 38 of those senators have gotten $15,000 or more in overall NRA help since 2000. Among the leaders: Ron Johnson, R-Wis., $1.2 million, Rob Portman R-Ohio, $1.35 million, Richard Burr, R-N.C., $852,000, John Thune, R-S.D., $717,000, and Saxby Chambliss R-Ga., $355,000.

If John keeps working at it he can get in the million dollar category with Portman and Ron Johnson.

So LJL’s idea of contributing to a discussion is to invent clever insulting names for everyone he refers to mixed in with a smattering of profanity for good measure.

Is this the new formula for Fox News / right-wing talking points? If so… keep it classy LJL! You’re doing a bang-up job of selling your viewpoints and I’m sure baby Jesus would be very proud of you.

  12. Craig, Hey, Hey, Hey, you know I don’t like people using the word ‘God’ that would include other references to him, i.e. (Jesus, Paha Sapa, Buddha, etc.) 🙂

Nice work muddling the waters with that bill DBAGS.

To those who use religion in this debate. I mentioned nothing of the sort within the post above. Maybe your referring to the line of reasoning that it’s OK to kill 5 kids with a 5 round clip but NOT 10 WITH A 10 ROUND CLIP. . Good luck with that.

I’m a GOP shill. Then you must believe that the GOP is a compass for common sense. I have pointed out time and time again that party lines ruin the best product for the people. Repeat after yourselves MUST VOTE AS I’M TOLD…MUST VOTE AS I’M TOLD

And to those who are offended by my use of profanity…I don’t give a shit. Blog after blog you point out that morality has little to do with your line of thinking.

Haliburton, Carl Rove, Fox News, MSNBC, Jon Stewart….See, I scrambled the brains of the majority of you with 1 sentence.

What color of fluid would you like this week zombies? What ever they tell you between 8 and 11 I guess.

  14. I wanna do some mescaline with LJL.

    Don’t bogart that joint JL.

I did not like the bill either JL. And here’s why.

It exempts background checks between “FRIENDS”. Nuf said on that one.

The gun show loop hole still would exist. Private sellers at gunshows still can conduct “business” as usual.

Currently, dealers can only sell rifles and shotguns across state lines. The bill would have expanded that to include handguns.

You still have not answered my question about “super” majority. Why would that be? YOUR party is in big trouble.

LJL do you have a prescription for crazy or is that over-the-counter grade stuff?

When you call your gun a gun in the military the drill sergeant has you grab your crotch with one hand and hold your rifle up with the other. You run laps chanting ‘This is my rifle, this is my gun, this is for fighting, this is for fun’.

Why is it that IRS, social security, TSA, & drivers licenses are collaborated databases but gun ownership is so hard to track? I know, ask Zamby. Gun ownership keeps Huether behind bullet proof windows & desks so he can start getting used to confinement in federal prison.

Let’s buy Huether a popemobile not only for protection but so he’ll look taller than munchkin.

Tonight (Friday) NoDak Sen. Hoeven was Letterman’s Stooge of the Night. Nice to see both Dakota Stooges hanging together. Do you suppose they share a room at the C Street House?
