Stormo VS. City of SF

It looks like there was a Board of Appeals hearing in October (DOC: Stormo-hearing )

Then a court hearing in November (DOC: Stormo-vs-city )

I’m no lawyer, but by the looks of the hearing in November, it was preliminary. Correct me if I am wrong, but it looks like that hearing had to do with what the court will allow him to sue for.

Well that was quite a let down after all that “I can’t talk about it” baloney.

Reminded me of when Donald Trump said he had big breaking news and then it turned out he would offer 5 million for Obama’s college transcripts.

Wake me up when you find a real scandal.

  2. I guess I didn’t say it was ‘scandalous’. But I did find it ‘interesting’ that actual people are being named in the lawsuit. There hasn’t been any reports in the news about it either, I also find that interesting, especially when two mayors and the Chief of Police are being named in the lawsuit. The final case still has to go to trial, and I have tried to get a copy of the brief, but I am afraid we won’t be able to see that until it goes to trial.

Does anyone know what started all of this?

Don’t forget he also named John Doe. When it comes to frivolous lawsuits it’s better to flock shoot – you name a bunch of important names and hope one sticks.

  5. Is that what Mattlock does, Mason?

It is called a conspiracy suit. You name unknown other participants as John Doe to leave the door open for more charges.
