I was a student at Los Angeles Valley College many years ago when Angela Davis came to speak. The sky didn’t fall, America was not destroyed and there were no earthquakes. She seemed like a modest, introspective person and her presentation was well-attended.
Witchhunt. That is the only way I can explain the way Angela was treated.
