The mayor is always preaching about ‘Bad Neighbors’ while refusing to admit the city is a ‘bad neighbor’ by not fixing the drainage issues on 85th street. The retention pond is NOT working in the area, it is the poorly planned pitch in the road. Wait until they turn a cornfield into a parking lot, watch the water flow then.
