To tell you the truth, like most things ‘Chuck’ I will be surprised if this place gets built;
Today, it was announced that Sioux Falls will be home to a new business and entertainment attraction.
Chuck Brennan, the founder of Dollar Loan Center and the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy, announced plans for Badlands Pawn, Gold & Jewelry.
The new venture is a $15 million, 40,000 square foot business that is scheduled to be open by Thanksgiving, 2015. It will be located near the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center.
The business will include:
- The largest pawn shop in the Midwest
- 24-hour, live FM radio station called the Badlands Radio Network
- An in-house mint that will make Badlands-branded gold and silver
- A gun shop with shooting range
- Tattoo parlor
- House band led by Ron Keel
- Concert stage for guest to tryout gear
- Entertainment Agency
- Ticket broker
