Poly wanted me to post this for his past comments about Hot Harley Nights;
A while back I posted a comment about Hot Harley Nights. I was wrong and I mean to tell you why. I had not been to an event in several years, so my wife and I decided to go and experience the event once again for ourselves. We know it’s been loud, and from previous ventures there, we were not much impressed by some of the behavior. We spent three hours there tonight. Absolutely nothing disorderly. Very impressed. Ran into an old work buddy and rider and his wife and we sat for a good time with them. They have attended every J&L event they have ever had. This is their 20th year. They informed me of these numbers. They donate every dime made from concessions to auctions to Make a Wish. That total before this year is 2.25 million dollars. They also informed me the average cost per child per wish is $7000. So that’s a lot  of wishes fulfilled. This year they hope to make over $175,000. So if some noise pollution is what it takes to do this….go for it. Again, I was wrong.
