Out of a defeat comes victory, City Council Rezoning Boo Boo

1. If there’s a primary bus station here, there can be apartments and work places. Also, the bus facility should have restrooms. Why so complicated? Public comment seems self-centered. One thing is for sure. If the Lloyd Company wants this for apartments, it will happen. Doesn’t matter about zoning or Shape Places, they always win. Especially, with Huether in office and a council that only speaks ‘EYE’.
