Just what we need is another city of Sioux Falls building being thrown up without any oversight.
The October 19, 2015 City Council meeting is another example of how a steamroller works when it is operated by an out of control driver. Mayhem could be another way of looking at it. Somehow we desperately need this building for our ever growing city control staff but when we ask for information, sorry Charlie go home and leave us alone. Change orders, unaudited building construction accounts, invoice fun and more are some of the things we are hearing about. So the administration shows up at Council again to demand the Council abdicate their duties by getting out of the way of the steamroller so it can get through.
