33 years ago when the Regents voted to take alcohol off of the state college campuses, one regent personally told me that one of the reasons they did it was because of the lack of decorum displayed publicly at USD from alcohol use by some of the students there.
Well, speed forward 33 years later and technically there is still a no alcohol policy on the campus or campuses… and still no decorum….
