1. It’s upsetting that a private citizen must make a record of city meetings. Correct me if I’m wrong but actions and decisions cannot be implemented and thus enforced without a formal record. It’s fundamental constitutional law. We’ve watched the EC happen, the aquatics center construction, and numerous six figure TIF’s without a formal record. City debt is half a billion dollars and there’s no accounting.
