I think it is a great idea, especially since there isn’t much else going on in Falls Park South/West. We have already spent millions on property that was supposed to be exploding in development by now. Problem? Dirty soil. So let’s use it for the benefit of the public. Great idea.
I do however question the fifty concerts a year (Item #24);
Friends of Levitt organizations are connected by their common purpose of providing a minimum of fifty (50) free performances and professional concerts annually for the benefit of the public, mutual support, national recognition, and the assistance they receive from the Foundation.
Not sure how they will accomplish this goal in such a short season, but I guess we will wait and see.
