Half a penny Bullsh*t!

I’m not going to link all the feel good stories about getting taxed more to give a pay raise to people who work 9 months out of the year to educate children that are not mine.

I already pay their wages with my property taxes.

I figured as a single dude I will paying about $130 more a year in regressive retail taxes so a certain sector of our South Dakota society can make more then me, though I work just as hard.

Do I think teachers deserve more pay. Hell Yah! But I also think balancing ag taxes with urban property taxes would fill this gap. I also think a corporate education income tax would fill this gap.

Why is it that the poorest among us should fill a gap that can be fixed by re-organizing or re-porposing current taxes could fix?

The governor’s plan is not only short-sighted it is directly targeted at the have-nots to pay for the things the rich don’t want to. Not only should the governor and his minions be ashamed at such a half-ass plan, but anyone drooling over it should be to.

We can do better in South Dakota. Tax wealth to educate our children. It only makes sense.

Bill Janklow’s Ex-Son-In-Law worried about a quorum. LMAO!

bill-bill-and-bill

“So I got pardoned by my father in law?”

Small town politics in South Dakota often make me chuckle. The Hartford email kerfuffle has been entertaining (and prove anyone can govern, whether they have brain waves or not).

But I found this comment from Bill Haugen, Bill Janklow’s former son-in-law that he pardoned, hilarious;

But before it was complete, Johnson resigned. Which, Councilman Bill Haugen believes brings forth more issues.

“We no longer are bale to have a quorum,” said Haugen.

In November, two other city council members stepped down after controversy erupted over a petition to recall Mayor Bill Campbell.

“So, I’m not really sure where we go from here,” added Haugen.

Cuz, like, my mentor is dead. What shall I do? Maybe they can pardon Bill Campbell?

You know what they say, all Bad Bill’s come in 3’s.

Sioux Falls has Jobs! (Part-time with no benefits)

Let’s see who answers the city’s latest help wanted ad. There seems to be a sense of panic at 9th & Main the wrong type of people are interested or no one is interested in joining the Sioux Falls City Council.

We crashed the this city press conference uninvited because the administration has decided our readers and viewers don’t deserve to be properly notified of press conferences. So we show up anyway on January 12. 2016 thinking, why not?

We still need more candidates for northeast and southwest districts to express an interest in our process of reining in the abuses of this administration.
