I think this person is just trying to show their freedom of expression. However, this appears to be blocking the driver’s view and could possibly warrant a ticket by the Highway Patrol. But in all probability, with the amount of blacks being shot in this country by law enforcement while unarmed, I highly doubt the HP will pull this person over for the possible violation.
