During Dem Forum today, he brought up the administration building and the importance of the proposed structure, he also ‘claimed’ the last council approved the bonding of the facility. That is not true, it was a 4-4 tie with him being the tie-breaker.
After his words today, I suspect he will veto the repeal.
He also told councilors Neitzert and Stehly that were in attendance today that they need to learn how to work together as a team . . .
Yes commander I seen him talk, I was trying to not to go the bathroom to throw up.This guy nothing more than a snake oil salesman in my humble opinion.
The Mayor’s idea of team play is my idea of groupthink:
the practice of approaching problems or issues as matters that are best dealt with by consensus of a group rather than by individuals acting independently; conformity.
And as I got edumacted at lunch today – that only a couple of city departments would be housed at the new building, I have a greater appreciation for the Councilors who voted to “pause” the project. It also occurred to me that calling it a “City Administration” building is misleading. Most of the office the public interacts with will not be there. Am I correct?
it’s political suicide if he does. It will be on the ballot and lose. His last big act will be a defeat.
So who is heading the petition campaign to bring it to a citizen vote?
Might as well start organizing now.
A sad Jesus type who doesn’t attend church. Team to him is Mike, Mike, and Mike. I’m glad he’s Dem. Unlikely he’d be elected governor. Maybe with Trump hair and Hilary pant suit. Maybe not. Maybe the makeover but also background that’s more than one 6th grade speech.
There’s a difference between a donkey and a Jackass
He should. Bold leadership will always have its critics.
No more debt! I ‘ll sign up to work on that petition to make it a citizen vote!
