Councilors Neitzert, Starr and Stehly will be attending the conference this year next week. I think they will bring back a wealth of great information we can grow on in our city. Hopefully they won’t ’embarrass’ us 🙂

How much will that cost us?
The city council budgets for this each year. It comes out of their budget that is well over a million a year. I think they spend around $20,000 a year for these trips.
Didn’t Kermit go to one of these meetings a while back, came back with ideas for public transportation, and was quickly drawn and quartered for an idea that was far far too liberal thinking?
Yup, didn’t you know, when Kermit was on the council it was their past time to rip on him. After he left they drew their attention to Stehly.
Stehly needs to help get someone elected next cycle who will be a reliable ally for her.
The right 3 are going. They’ll be in office longer and have time to introduce some of what they learn. I wonder what the mayor and council remainder will sneak by them while they’re gone.
