  1. Thankyou for posting. The vicious dog must be destroyed. The city makes rules but can’t take someone to court or be sued themselves.
Cierra, thanks. You’re right. To much flowers along Phillips and no attention to crime that’s out of control. Doesn’t surprise me police do not know about gang boundaries. They would if they weren’t standing still for videos or hanging out at McDonalds.
Notice how the 99k and 24k Bruce pointed out are just under limits. Very suspicious. Worthy of an immediate look by the Councilors auditor.
I carry a concealed weapon legally. I’m sure the mayor and most of the council do too. Considering the serious crime problem in Sioux Falls, everyone who can should. We’re faced with a vigilante atmosphere when police stand still. I’d put the dog down myself. If someone attacks me like they did Bruce, I’d draw on him. If I go to the Cathedral District, I’ll be ready.

Is it time to associate the 99k, 25k, & 60k toward building a McDonalds at Duluth & Spring. Then, we’re sure there’s police presence.

  2. If the city can legally build and compete with hotels and restaurants, they can operate a burger franchise.

  3. Did You hear When the mayor apologize saying he dont have control over input lmao but he has control over the crime in the city .Talk about i been getting alot of phone calls since that input dealing with luther social services and call to freedom.I was inviting for lunch and to become a board member .These are Christian people mind You getting paid for helping victims .I let them have it i will continue to help without a price or wages behind it

  4. Woof, Woof, Woof, Rex gets himself ready for stories of danger, injury, civil rights abuse and the recording of the action. What’s going on? Oh yea, just another night at Sioux Falls city Council Public Input on December 6, 2016.

Rose Bailey was attacked by a vicious dog and it was witnessed by Katherine Buckles. Katherine previously was heading to the funeral of her husband and almost had to go to another. Sioux Falls recently forced a local doctor to put down his dogs for the same violation. Why have they not put this crazy mutt down? Why was the owner not fined for allowing his dog to attack several people? These brave women were right to show up and force an issue needing to be addressed.

Our master of civil rights, David Zokaites was back to his favorite venue to stress proper training of our law enforcement. Sierra gave drug activity training to a noticeably uncomfortable City Council. There were audience members wishing their delicate ears didn’t have to hear it but Sierra just throws it out there as usual.

Scott Ehrisman, Time Stanga and even Cameraman Bruce got back into the action with comments about the out of control boards and commissions. We must have video recordings to verify what happened in the meetings. Cameraman Bruce has attended many meetings outside of the usual view of cameras with many interesting different than the “official” versions. The city must record the meetings and post them for the public to view and use. As Cameraman Bruce reminded them, if they don’t do it he will put up his versions using his $60 handicams.

  5. One thing to consider in backwater South Dakota is how the locals will here something that is a legend or not and make it a reality. Shoes on a power line might be a joke in New York but by the time the legend gets here it is a reality.

  6. Crazy talk stop being in denial shoes on a powerline is a case to case bases on why they up there these cases im talking about are drug houses and prison gang members i would love to take You on a tour and im sure your prospectiva on this issue Will change

  7. People though i was crazy When i kept brought up the issue about wileys and asked to be put on the agenda. Those same people that thought i was crazy changed there prospective When the issue was brought to council. Its all about educating crime prevention .Of course we Will have crime in the city but most of it can be prevented before happening.Having said this lets make siouxfalls a safer place and citizens be more proactive in the community on helping reduce the crime

  8. “and citizens be more proactive in the community on helping reduce the crime”

Yes like being on the lookout for oh I don’t know…..shoplifters?

  9. Are Crazy, Shoeless, & Sticky the same person? Is it Boneman Rex, Munchkin Mayor, or Wrong Form Pfief?
