ND needed to build a refinery near fargo i-94/i-29 and pipe that stuff rite there! how can the people of ND let the oil leave their state!?!?!? They have to live up there for crying out loud! I WANT 1.99 a gallon gas for decades to come! STABILIZE THE DANG MARKET! AND YES, I’m being selfish and I DON’T CARE!
