We did have a spirited discussion about the “for profit” Sioux Falls Ambulance service and the pros and cons of the “not for profit” efficiency of the Fire and Police departments. I loved the dialogue. Greg and Jeff are great public servants!!

These three are trusted public servants. There needs to be constructive discussion about ambulance services. On the council, only Stehly and Neitzert seem interested. Others, city health, and the mayor are asleep at the wheel. Were they paid off with some of the 20 million Paramefics Plus used for bribes? If your service is inferior, the only way to get a lucrative contract is pad some pockets.
