1. What’s especially disturbing is discrimination. The Parks board is appointed, not elected. I get the feeling it’s more Huether ‘BUDDY OR BRIBE’. He’s stubborn and will veto just because. Defensively, perhaps the city attorney should prepare for a civil rights lawsuit.
   At Huether parks there’s swimming, tennis, picnics. At northeast parks it’s puddles, mugging, dope deals.
