I read that letter as well and I honestly think it was Mayor Fine Print that was the true author.

Once the SD State Supreme Court released its decision, I bet this archived video would have quickly disappeared. Thank you to those private citizens who have insured that no more Council meetings magically disappear.
After all, the recordings of public meetings belong to all taxpayers, not to any individual.

Turbak was asked if he knew the salary range of the ten fulltime EC employees, and the part timers salaries. He said he’d get that info right back to them.
