The latest version of the Stehly Report should be hitting mailboxes today. I was told she mailed out ‘significantly more’ then last time.

Waste of resources and unfriendly to the environment. Build a website and save the paper. Print media is in a death spiral…see the Argus Leader.
How dare you say that this is what is wrong with the majority of south Dakotans .Citizens don’t know how to handle activist and advocates.Theresa has a strong activist and or advocate background very outspoken and citizens just don’t know how to handle it.When I first came to sioux falls I started being outspoken and letting my acitthertivist and advocacy come out and citizens look at me like I’m crazy.Council never had this kind of councillor like theresa .I may not like everything she is doing but for the most part I do.You see a lot of councillors like theresa in other cities in other states this just goes to show you how sioux falls isn’t ready for someone like theresa .that’s ok change isn’t always a bad thing.
Sandman, I disagree about the health of print..many smaller communities in South Dakota have daily papers that are thriving. I understand that the Minneapolis Tribune is also doing well. It is another way to inform the community about what is actually going on. Many people appreciate it. And I have thought about adding a website..great idea!!!
Sorry to see that there was no “Rex Column.” Perhaps for the February edition, he can pen a piece about Lincoln and the history of the stovepipe hat.
I also noticed that some other Council members were missing from this edition too. You would think that they could at least offer a recipe or something. Especially, since they are pretty good at cooking something up….(….”just a dash of legacy and hultgren, then make sure to pull it from the oven before it collapses”….)
We really enjoyed the newsletter and hope to see it continue. A good job. A lot of good information.
