Listen to Jackboots get his ass handed to him by the Supreme Court, it is hilarious. Funny how none of the audio from this hearing has showed up in his campaign materials.

I also find it kind of strange that TenHaken looks like ‘Perry’ (Alexander SkarsgÃ¥rd) from ‘Big Little Lies’.

  1. I’ve heard TenHacks blinks when he lies. For Huether it was every time he opened his mouth.

  2. Unless NixonHaken wins in a massive landslide, his victory will always be seen by me and many more with an asterisk attached to it: and that asterisk will be associated with an AG who was blatantly political and who somehow gave more political respect and decency to Annette Bosworth’s Senate candidacy than Jo’s, by not hinting to an arrest of Bosworth until after the primary election polls had closed and by somehow claiming a failed hack was not itself a crime; and can someone please explain that one to me without a partisan bent?

  3. Ass handed to him????

It’s fairly well established that Jackhole did quite well and the Supremes will likely be ruling in the states favor.

  4. LJL, did you listen to the audio or a re-run of Scooby Doo?

I think they will rule 5-4 to leave as is and kick the football to congress.

  5. Skaarsgaard is a better actor and better looking..don’t know Alexander. I think he has more integrity then Tenhaken

  6. It sounds to me like Jackley’s petition is forcing a state income tax. Not only for SD but 4 other states. There is population and corporations here because it’s state tax free. There’s a possibility of a mass migration into Minnesota where there’s not sales tax on food or clothing. There’s also democracy without election fraud. Do we want a governor who drives out commerce and quality of life? With fewer residents, state income tax will be 8%. A lower population means less federal funding and millions more for 2 senators campaign funding. The only state with 2 senators and nobody in the house?

  7. i did listen to it the night of the hearing. You must not listen to many oral arguments (intelligent adult arguments) if you think he was beaten. It’s their jobs to ask tough questions and he answered them well.
