Looks like we are trying to make something work after the fact. Should have been built Downtown.
No blame here on the TenHaken administration, they are just trying to polish a turd that the former Ram Rod Mayor plopped out.

The Denty is now an encumbrance like the Washington Pavilion. No surprise. When you give incompetent business men an open wallet, there’s gonna be an unjustified unprofitable dinosaur. A REAL entrepreneur would have expanded the intended design of the Arena and used the Denty property for a parking garage. Anything Huether was foolishness and waste.
No doubt Mr.Harley will be lobbying this committee and ready to sell the former JL property near the denty.
I think the Entertainment District could be seriously boosted by the return of West Sioux Hardware…. and the animals too…
