Likely, this project will paralyze Southeast Sioux Falls. Just getting to work will become an hour in traffic. Emergency services will suffer. In particular, access to the hospitals.
You are right, this is probably why MMM pushed off this project during his administration.
The LHS auditorium was packed.
Bottom Line: Avoid driving in this entire area for the next 2 years.
