  1. This just might be a success. Summer is a good time for this. It’ll be silent in winter but there’s not much maintenance expense. I don’t see profit potential but I do see focus on community.
When we can’t afford cable TV because of new taxes to support CityLink, we have this option. Does anybody watch CityLink? If I’m looking for propaganda, I pay attention to commercials on regular networks. City taxes on cable are an assault on Midco. Why should I take Midco when there’s 4 free air networks, Netflix, Hulu, etc.? Should Midco recall their name in the Aquatics Center?

  2. Why is everything now days built with a “gap?” I mean, the Arc, the Levitt, the empty railroad yard, and the lonely bunker ramp… Because you know, a “GAP” once got Clinton into trouble.

  3. Well at least they put glass in there so if a storm comes up quick the musicians don’t get wet.

  4. The next time there is a major storm in this town, I am heading for the bunker ramp. There may be some openness to it, but I bet its stairwells are strongly made of Dutch Mafia cement……(…”When you want something made of cement, you know who to call…”….”And don’t call anyone else, if you know what I mean.”….(“This place could use some Dutch Paint, too….”))
