I got it reconfirmed to me today that the city council is considering changing regular city council meetings to 5:30. As I have mentioned in the past, I’m opposed to this. And with the recent blow sent to the Rubber Stamp Five today, I have a feeling any ideas they bring forward are not going to be to popular.

Who is behind this proposed change, and why?
I’m not sure where it originated, but I think it was the mayor’s office.
Just another way of sneaking in unjustified projects. Plan council meetings so that nobody is there because it’s not after working hours. Restrict public comment with time and subject limits. Now, schedule meetings when nobody can attend. The next thing will be voting redistricting and hide polling places. Oh, this is already true. Next, wear a Star of David and live on the northwest side. We’re not Jews but kinda feels like it.
Heard the same thing from a reliable source.
Does this sound like the old guard of Slick Mije’s run.
Given the ramp/hotel debacle, maybe they should meet out of town for a while……#Potsdam
