City could not film the Neighborhood Summit but can produce a show to talk about it later?

Sometimes I just shake my head when I see the way this administration handles media. Why not just film the event instead of talking about it later? Weird. Have you noticed that Mayor Paul has never stayed or hosted a city sponsored public event where he has answered citizens questions. Kind of reminds us of our DC Delegation. Sure, he has gone to private events to talk about city stuff, but not public. Some examples have been the Whittier Neighborhood police Q & A, Housing Summit, Neighborhood Summit (he took off after intro). He also doesn’t make presentations at the informational meetings and answer questions there either. So why can’t our mayor answer questions from the public? I will tell you why. He wouldn’t know how to answer them.
