At the February 2, 2021 Sioux Falls City Council meeting, the council approved $100K to go towards a Covid Vaccination Education program.

Since then, there have been ZERO updates on how that program worked. Well if you look at the latest numbers for South Dakota, only 46.6% of people are FULLY vaccinated. Well below the 70-80% we need to be at.

I’m not sure what the numbers are in Sioux Falls, likely higher, but it would be nice to get an update. The one thing I have noticed about this administration is if something fails, they never talk about it again. I hate to say it, but if we don’t ramp up vaccinations in Sioux Falls immediately, we will be right back in the same boat we were last Fall. As the Covid variants get stronger, we will experiencing many more breakthrough infections.

  1. Virus variants do NOT get stronger, they get weaker. Does anyone not remember their high school and college level science courses? Have people memory holed such information or what?

  2. Wearing a mask at Levitt will make it harder for me to enjoy my $7 beers. I guess no masks and $5 beers were a “…. brief shining moment”….

Idiots won’t get vaccinated, so we have to wear our masks again. Isn’t that less freedom so others can be more free? AND isn’t that like going to work so others can be on welfare?

  3. Fear & Loathing in Sioux Falls, so you admit that the vaccine YOU obviously took does not work and yet you believe that it is everyone else’s responsibility to take a non-FDA approved, VERY rushed vaccine, that OBVIOUSLY does not work?

    Sure… makes total sense. 🙄

How about no vaccines and no masks? If you dont feel safe with that choice then feel free to mask, mask and vax, or even double mask & vax. The freedom is already there for you. You dont need the Govt to tell you have to live.
