Maybe Paul is waiting to break $100K before he officially announces so he knows for sure the super rich in town still support him and cruise control government
43% of the itemized money comes from Taupeville, while the other 13 Zip Codes in town share the other 57%. Imagine that. For those of you not familiar with Taupeville, it’s where ballot drop-off boxes are allowed and Iowa law does not apply.

PAC monies are not specific to any one office.
Maybe O’Shucksberg and Heels could get together and have a party for all the developers and employers who they have helped? Or is O’Shucksberg looking at doing nothing for another 4 years by having O’Shucksberg storm troopers take over the City Council chambers claiming he is not term limited?
Maybe Heels needs to wear her short skirts again to get attention she so greatly deserves?
I would not put it past him to not run at the last minute or use very little funds to run. He could easily use those funds for another race or another person. PTH would be tough to beat, and the longer he doesn’t commit to not run keeps challengers out of the race, like a Stehly as an example. It also allows a candidate to be slipped in at the last minute with little to no opposition.
I didn’t know Sioux Falls was divided up using segregation? I’m 54, white, all my ancestors came here after WWII-so I don’t owe reparations-what zip code should I segregate to Oh Wise One?

If you are white, you probably can live anywhere in this town. Oh, but I forgot. Do you own a SUV, and white or black? That could be a determining factor. But if you can afford it, I would recommend Taupeville, because of the voting boxes there. Plus, given what you told me about yourself, you might find the locale of LimitlessMale convenient for you as well.
My ancestors came here in the 1890’s so I too owe no reparations! Limitless Male is only for those who identify as a male. Warm sidewalks and Cold Beer down here in Taupeville without all the street urchins. It’s quite a scene man.
Don’t forget the PAC setup by PTH and Joel after the last city election. Betcha bucks there yet?
